3. Booking and Payment

Booking Process:

Bookings can be made via phone, email, or online form
Confirmation will be provided within 24 hours
Minimum booking duration may apply

Payment Terms:

Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed
We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments
Regular customers may be eligible for payment plans

4. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled service
Cancellation within 24 hours may incur a fee
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full
We reserve the right to cancel due to safety concerns

If you're not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours
We will return to address any issues at no extra cost
This guarantee applies to standard cleaning services

8. Insurance and Liability

We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance. However, we recommend that customers:

Remove or secure valuable items
Inform us of any particularly valuable or delicate items
Maintain their own property insurance

9. Pricing

All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable
